Food is one of the requirement sources for the organisms to keep them a life. “ Food dose more than help keep as a life, strong and healthy.’’(1)Junk food is one type of popular food now in the world because of many reasons. “There are many reasons for the popularity of junk food.one of the main reasons is change in life style”.(2)We can see junk food most everywhere we go. Its tastes food and all people like to eat it at this moment.’’ The tastes of sweetness and saltines are hot wired into our brains at birth our tongues enjoy these tastes right from the start.’’(3) However there are three negative effects of eating junk food such as for health, family economy and culture.
                             
                              How junk can affect health? “A study by Paul Johnson and Paul kemmy at the Scripps research institute in 2008 suggested that junk food consumption alters brain activity in a manner similar to addictive drugs like cocaine and heroin.”(4) After many weeks with indefinite access to junk food the brains of people become anesthetize and calling for more food for enjoyment. Also, slows down the growth of the body then the blood will not be enough for the body. In addition, make the immunity so weak then the people will catch diseases then the disease will spread in the community. More ever, injury obese.
“ Many individuals in the UAE are becoming obese. These people will be less productive and have conditions such as heart disease and diabetes.”(5) Junk food is not affect the health only it can affect the family economy also.
    How junk food can effect family economy? “ Junk food and restaurant make their food taste good by adding fatty , sugary substances. This also makes you want to come back , spending way more money on food than necessary.”(6)Then family economy will decrease because of spending more money for food after that they will become poor and they will not buy what they want. “The way Americans spend their money and don’t spend affect our economy greatly. So next times you are thinking about going out to eat consider home cooked meal.”(7) All in all, junk food effect family economy such as decrease the economy of the family and that surely will affect the culture.
